Working Principles

The fine slurry is fed into the tank through a feed inlet located at the center of the settlement area.Below the inclined tank is the pulp classification area, in the pulp classification area, low speed impeller mixing pulp.Fine particles are lifted and spill out of the overflow port, while coarse ore particles settle to the bottom of the tank and are discharged through the discharge outlet.The position of the overflow port is higher than the bearing center at the bottom of the center of the screw and lower than the upper edge of the overflow screw.
